Many people imagine when they hear the term Historic homes that it refers to a past era that many can only consider, but which has only been recent. While there are other options for utilizing a historic property, it should be noted that preservation is always a choice. Other recent developments are new houses. There is no such thing as a "non-historically important building." In many cases, a property that is considered historic is one that possesses a number of different criteria before being listed.
