How to Develop a Dieting Mentality
Once it comes to dieting, far too many people pre-empt their own failure before they even begin. They detest going on their diets and plot their blunders ahead of time. Regrettable but real, far too many would-be dieters are plotting their first Rocky Road blunder while eating their final bowl of Rocky Road prior to the big event. I'm not sure why we do this to ourselves, but it's a common occurrence among dieters. The all-too-common belief is that one must binge on one's favorite and most appreciated foods before to commencing the dieting process, as these items must be fully avoided in order to lose those unwanted pounds. Nothing could be further from the truth, if one is honest with oneself. Moderation is merely a concept that many of us despise.
