In the heart of Middle-earth, nestled in the mountains and hidden from prying eyes, lay the fabled city of Gondolin. Picture it: an elven paradise, with sparkling waterfalls, marble towers, and elves that could dance on water without getting wet (probably). It was, to put it simply, "the" place to live if you were an elf. But, as with all good things, it was destined to meet a disastrous end.   Cue Morgoth, the original bad guy of Middle-earth.
