A Quick Weight Loss Solution

There are successful ways to quickly lose weight. Usually, in an effort to lose weight a dieter would often use the formula of eating fewer calories every day. It carries with it also many of the consequences that can cause long-lasting problems.

Many of these problems include a rise in hunger pangs, which appears to heighten sugar and food cravings. This form of approach also leaves the patient weak, since their energy levels are extremely low. As a result, in the end they will tend to begin binging uncontrollably, which may cause more problems. Simply decreasing the amount of calories consumed daily can slow down the metabolism and allow extra fat to be accumulated by the body.

A proper weight loss requires a better understanding of just how the body works. If the individual consumes the right amount of calories (typically 1500-2500 calories every day), of the right food types, they can lose weight quickly. This involves eating the right protein types, complex carbohydrates and healthy fats (not processed foods).

The body does not gain weight, or lose weight by eating the right amount of calories per day. For weight loss to start it needs an additional trigger. It can be done effectively, by allowing the body to eat more calories than it absorbs. It arises by daily exercise.

Exercising your body

There is an intrinsic genetic predisposition for the body not to want to move physically if it hasn't to. Everybody is well aware that they'd rather sit in front of the tv, watch a movie, than go out for a long, boring stroll. The body can, however, be conditioned to overcome this natural urge to remain in rest. It doesn't take long to complete the cycle, and produces excellent results.

Start Slowly

When all a person does is consume the right amount of food they are supposed to eat every day with a highly balanced diet and add regular exercise, they will begin to lose weight. The person should start gradually by eating the right amount of food, and go for a simple 15 minute walk during the lunch hour, or after dinner. At a steady pace, 15 minutes of walking will burn out a few hundred calories each time.

Research suggests that one pound of fat is equivalent to 3500 calories, meaning it would take just under three weeks to lose 1 pound if a person could burn an extra 200 calories every day. Now imagine the person is walking twice as often every day. Even at half the time, they will burn off the same one pound of fat, and lose a pound of unnecessary ugly fat in just over a week.

There's a very fast weight loss solution that doesn't require dieting. With a simple shift in the foods that are eaten everyday, along with the addition of a minimum daily exercise regimen, the person will lose up to four to five pounds a month, which is 50 to 60 pounds a year.
